Questions & Answers

Your health and safety are our priority. This is why the museum’s reopening coincides with a hygiene plan, which is updated regularly and implemented according to official regulations. Precautionary measures for protection against infection include – but are not limited to – the obligation of visitors to present proof of either full vaccination, recovery, or a negative test result, a visitor limit and regulation of visitors through tickets booked for time slots, an optimized system for visitor traffic within the museum, as well as increased sanitation of strategic areas.

The regulated distance of at least 1 ½ meters between individuals, as well as sneeze- and cough etiquette, are to be observed at all times. Visitors are required to wear medical masks (FFP2- or surgical masks), which are to be worn over the mouth and nose. Masks may be brought from home or purchased at the ticket desk within the museum.

Stay safe! We are looking forward to your visit!
