Dear Visitors,
We are delighted to welcome you to the Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung. In order to do justice to all of our visitors and their interests and to guarantee the safety of the artworks, certain rules are imperative. The rules of the house are binding for all visitors. By entering the museum building, the visitors acknowledge the validity of these rules.
SUPPLEMENT TO THE RULES OF THE HOUSE
In keeping with the official measures imposed to curb the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the following rules of hygiene are in effect at the Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung until further notice as a supplement to the rules of the house.
For your own safety and the benefit of all, please do not come to the Städel Museum if you feel unwell. Acutely ill persons are requested to refrain from visiting. If possible, please purchase your ticket online and choose a binding time slot for your visit. Please visit the museum only with persons to whom contact is permitted in accordance with the official regulations. All visitors are required to wear face masks. Please bring one with you to the museum. Alternatively, you can purchase a face mask at the museum’s ticket counter.
Maintain a distance of at least 1.5 to 2 metres to other persons. At the ticket counter, please pay by credit card if possible. Wash your hands regularly and observe sneezing and coughing etiquette. No fluids whatsoever are permitted in the exhibition rooms . This also applies to hand sanitizer. Please be considerate of the other visitors: Keep to the right in order to maintain the minimum safety distance to persons coming in the opposite direction. Before entering a narrow passageway or staircase, wait until other persons have passed. Do not enter smaller rooms unless the safety distance of 1.5 to 2 metres can be maintained. To ensure that all visitors can enjoy the objects on view, do not pause for lengthy periods in front of individual artworks. The lifts are reserved for visitors with restricted mobility. Please observe the hygiene regulations in the lift. Before entering the lift, please stand back to maintain the minimum safety distance from those exiting.
